Orders & Shipping
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. Your piece is already being prepared with care.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at bonbonavenue.com and we will do our very best to assist you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within the United States are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 14 business days. Each piece is dispatched with the care it deserves.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Bonbon Avenue ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. To begin a return, please contact us through our website. We want every experience with Bonbon Avenue to feel right.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and your order number. We will make it right.

Yes. Every piece in the Bonbon Avenue collection is produced in limited quantities. When a piece is gone, it is gone. We believe in objects that are chosen, not consumed — and that means not everything will always be available. If something speaks to you, we encourage you not to wait.
